Terrible costumer service. Rude staff.nnWhen I brought to their attention the awful delivery, I was told that it was not their responsibility as it was delivered by the third party. To be exact, my piano was left outside, diagonally on the stairs, on a snowy day, without letting me know that it’s already shipped, let alone on the way to be delivered.nnAs for the return of the bench, for some reason the price in their system was about half of the real price that I had actually paid and because of that, he was refusing to pay the refund in full. He could have easily credited back my credit card but he only did that when he found that I would return the piano too if I don’t get the full refund. That was really insulting. Not a very smart way to take costumers money. I will never go to this store again.nnAll credit though goes to Daniel, who helped me find the instrument. He is a very nice and talented young man!

Definitely recommend this store. One of the workers Dan was so friendly and made me feel wanted. My teacher EL is very fun and patient. Im just beginning to learn but i cant wait to spend more time herd learning from everyone.

Horrible customer service. During the whole pandemic, I couldn't get the instrument back, they charged me for March and April, until I finally was able to get a live person on the phone after waiting 1/2 hour to tell me I can go to a local place. I explained the whole situation, they said once the instrument is back, they will fix the bill. Just got another bill with a fee of $15 on it for the collection agency fee. Now in collections with no communication what so ever. You should be ashamed of your business ethic..
