It's fine and all. Took a bit for them to identify that the store was getting crowded and open additional registers. Great place to socialize a puppy.
Got my dog and my cats nails done here. The staff is friendly and fast. My pets couldn't be happier.
I have been waiting 5 weeks to get our golden cut. First two times I was rescheduled and then, I have been there twice only to find out that there is no one there to cut my dog. He is 11 years old and hard to get him in and out of car. Again today cancelled. Now what to do. I have a large dog that has needed to be groomed for weeks now.
I wish there was more of BIG BAGS of the Nitro Wellness brand... I've got 3 dogs and only 1 has tummy issues... We go thru ALOT of food!
I took my two small dogs to their first grooming appointment in a very long time. The ladies there were very nice and understanding. My poor Diamond freaked out so much that they weren't able to finish her pawpicure plus package so they only charged me for the nail trimming. She ended up pooping on their table then again on the floor. Lil Man loved his appointment, he wae relaxing in his groomers arms when I went to pick them up. Their appointment only took about 7 minutes, their nails look awesome now!nnThe checkout clerk was very nice as well, she had gotten me out but I just realized that I don't have an item that I had paid for AND that item didn't ring up at the correct price. I don't drive and they won't refund it over the phone nor ship it to me. I'm annoyed.
