I am blown away. My little dog has never been groomed but I dropped him off and not only was he cleaned, brushed, blow dried and all that you’d expect but the groomer also made him a little bow tie because he loved my little guy and he ensured to introduce my dog to the equipment they use gently so it would be a happy experience for him. 10/10 thank you so much!
Very disappointed with the service this time and hidden additional charges. Customer service for the grooming department was also seriously lacking. When I called to discuss the additional fees, the groomer was rude and confrontational. She stated the additional fees were due to my dog no longer being a puppy (at now 9 months) and the price changes. That should’ve been conveyed. On top of everything my dog looks and smells no cleaner than when dropped off. After going there for 6 months, I will be choosing a different groomer. Avoid the Petco grooming in Frederick!
We went to get a couple of toys and treats for the grandpuppy and walked out with an arm full. Spoiled little guy. Service was very friendly and quick.
Super friendly and accommodating staff! Very clean/welcoming environment. I’m usually a PetSmart shopper, so I’m glad PetSmart was out of what I needed; otherwise, I would have never tried this location out.
