I’ve been in there a couple times for feeder crickets. Staff has always been helpful. They have a lot accessories for small animals as well that can be hard to find in a lot of other pet stores. Yes, the store is small and doesn’t seem to be the cleanest, but I’ve never been in a small pet shop that was 100% clean. I’ve yet to purchase any animals as pets there but would like to look into in the future.

The staff are young children that font know anything about the animals they sell. But instead of being honest Give you false info that could potentially harm the animal. They don't seem to care for the animals and the place is dirty ... would not recommend.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This establishment should not be open. Not only is the store itself unsanitary, but after a closer look the filtration system among the fish tanks it’s “diy” for lack of better terms and not clean. After purchasing a few fish from here, I instantly had issues with my home aquarium. My already healthy fish in the tank as well as the new fish started to die quickly. When I returned for a refund, I noticed the tank from which I bought my fish was full of dead fish. I pointed this out to the owner and requested a refund for the fish I had purchased. I was denied this unless I could provide a water sample with no chemical imbalances. This was not possible as the dead fish in my tank threw off some chemical levels. I am left feeling frustrated and ultimately robbed.

Simple story. I called and asked it the quarantine there fish. They said yes. I bought a blue hippo and a day later ich showed up on him. The tank he went into was brand new with rock aged by itself for 9months. It couldn't have come from anywhere else. Boo boo boo. Just tell me you don't QT and save my time.

This fish and critter store is an amazing place. I wanted to buy their cute baby ferrets, however instead I purchased some strikingly beautiful African Cichlids. The staff is very friendly with the customers, and the place has a positive vibe throughout. My new favorite local fish store! ud83dude04
