US Air Force Recruiting

It’s with sincere gratitude I express my appreciation for Sgt. Joshua Ward and this Air Force recruiting office. During COVID I had two young men eager to join but there wasn’t movement in our area (Silver Spring, Md.). When I connected with Sgt. Ward things started moving. He went above and beyond to stay in good communication and identified the right jobs for both young men. Sargent Ward was a great recruiter. He put my priorities first and stayed that way throughout the entire process of me joining the Air Force. When I finally had a job he drove me to the hotel himself and even bought me and another recruit lunch and after he talked us through what will happen during basic. When we got to the hotel he came in to make sure we both got settled in alright.

SSgt. Ward is excellent at his job and made the transition through the recruitment process painless. Excellent communication, extremely professional, and not one to yank your chain. Very happy with my experience.

I am very happy with my experience at the Air Force recruiting office in Lavale. SSgt. Ward has been an excellent recruiter and has really exceeded my expectations. Any time I had a question or requested more information he was always very helpful and knowledgeable.
