Great location, just steps from Frostburg State University. Clean, modern apartments perfect for students.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. The apartments are nice, there is no doubt, however the property team isn’t parallel to the apartments. Stay on top of them about your security deposit because if you don’t, they won’t be professional and law abiding!

Super close to campus and really nice units. One and two bedroom options with plenty of parking. Rumor has it there are new owners and new management. Only a plus!

I was living there for the school years 2017-2018 & then 2018-2019 school year. When i first moved there, it was different managers and i would rather have them then these new managers. They will literally charge you for everything you can name it. I just received my statement and one of the charges i do not agree with. It is very hard to get a hold of these people. They charged me for not cleaning my ceiling fans but i made sure i cleaned the one in the living room and in my room. The ceiling fan in my roommates room was dirty because she did not clean it before she moved out (mind you she moved out a semester before it was time for me to move out). Sheri came to my house and checked her room make sure everything was good in her room when she moved out and she noticed that her ceiling fan was not cleaned but I still got charged for it. You can get better for your money, the bathrooms don’t have towel racks, there isn’t any AC in it, and they expect you to do certain things that they are supposed to do. I’m glad I got the chance to move out. I had to pay 1,000 for utilities & i haven’t even got that back yet because i know i did not go over the monthly charges. I’m only giving it 1 star because i was not able to give it 0.
