I have never been so impressed by a service that I had to call into my home. Ben, Justin, and Chris did work for us due to a water break in our basement, and they are some of the most professional, polite, respectful workers that I have ever had in my home to work. They came on time each day, they worked hard and well, and they did amazing clean-up. They went above and beyond the call of duty to do things correctly and to add no stress to us. In addition, the lady in the office who takes the calls and makes the arrangements is top-notch. She’s friendly and kind and makes things work seamlessly. The boss even called and came to check on things himself one day, and it’s clear that he wants and expects things to be done the right way. I would HIGHLY recommend Prestige. I am just so impressed by everything they did.

The Team of two-Justin and Ben were great! I was so pleased with the cleaning they did on my carpet which is a high traffic area used by people and multiple pets- it looks terrific

Prestige cleaned our home in preparation of the oncoming holiday season. Brad and Dakota along with the crew who cleaned the carpeting, were professional, responsible, respectful and friendly. They showed utmost respect and care for our possessions and did an absolutely fantastic job for us. I owned two different manufacturing businesses and have dealt with companies of every stripe. Prestige is the ONLY business I would ever use and the ONLY business that I would ever recommend for their services. Quite simply, they stand alone for quality, service and respect.

I have used Prestige three times now for restoration and each time they have provided OUTSTANDING service to our family. Rick and his team are extremely knowledgable, fair and extremely friendly. We live in Martinsburg, WV and the company is based out of Ripley, WV but we will always use Prestige over any local company we have due to their pride they take in their work and their dependability! They are top of the line in our book. Our most recent job was completed by Brad, Chris and Rick and we could not be happier! We highly recommend this company to anyone in need!

The gentlemen were extremely friendly and well mannered but I was not satisfied with the results. I had the carpets cleaned less than one week ago and today while on the floor with my dog, my carpet doesn't smell clean at all. They didn't vacuum first and didn't wear booties over their boots while cleaning the floors. They were literally going outside and then coming back in walking all over the wet carpet. My carpet doesn't look any better today than it did before I had it professionally cleaned. For $318 I expect a lot more. They were here for less than an hour.
