The service here is great. You are treated as an actual human rather than a walking checkbook, and the People working there are amazingly helpful. The employee that help is decide our furniture is named June, she helped us make every decision and actually listened to our wants and needs rather than Pushing whatever furniture they wanted sold. This place was very wonderful and highly recommended.
Yes they have good prices, but the quality is definitely not there in their furniture. This is and will be the last purchase that we ever make there ever!!! This is the second sofa we buy from Louis Mohana and they both looked bad and warped before the year mark of owning both sets. We are not hard on our sofas either. We ordered a bedroom set and went to pick up our night stand. It was brand new wrapped in the box and when we unwrapped at home the end was cracked. They will order a new one, but that should’ve never been able to pass for us to pick up.nI have a 5 year warranty in my sofa and it’s like they are ignoring me for sure to replace my sofa or give a refund and take the sofa back too. ud83dude21nnThey have lost our business for sure!!
Lots of merchandise from which to choose, including lighting and decorating items. I like being able to meander through the warehouse and see what's available. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. Oh, and the train ride available on Saturdays makes for a fun visit for the kids, too!
We walked in and easily spent 14k on furniture. Most of it was in stock in the warehouse. 2 items would take 2 weeks and our living room set, from what we were told would take 6-10 weeks because of covid. On week 4, I called about the 2 week items. They had them, they forgot to call and delivered the next day. On week 12, I believe, I called about our living room set, it was pushed back until the end of the next month. At the end of the next month I called and was told it would take 3 weeks to be loaded onto a truck to be delivered to the store. 4 weeks later I called getting ready to ask for a refund when magically my living room set was at the warehouse and was being delivered that day. 17....SEVENTEEN weeks with no furniture and no follow ups other than my own asking. Also! I physically handed my driver's license to the sales associate and she still got my name wrong. I've heard amazing things about this place, and my furniture is beautiful, but this process will be my LAST.
We have had great experience in the past however; in May we ordered a chair and we are still waiting on it. The chair had been delivered to our home in August. Upon its arrival I noticed they ordered the wrong chair. They removed the chair from our home and ordered the correct one. All the money for the chair has been payed, but I do not have my chair. Despite the mistake being on their end they are unwilling to assist us. Again the mistake was on their end and they would not let us use the chair until the correct one came in because of COVID. (The chair was already in my home) This place is great when you give them your money but once they get it they don’t care about your business. My husband and I have bought most of our furniture for our new home in the past year. We will not be returning. Good customer service shouldn’t be important only when they are swiping your card.
