I have very limited time available being that I’m a new mom and I live alone with her and was only able to rely on myself to move. On moving day, thankfully the receptionist was not only friendly but extremely helpful granting me permission to stay as long as I needed after hours to make sure I had enough time to move everything. Their facility is always extremely clean and the temperature is always comfortable. Anytime I have a problem or if I need to talk to anyone, whether it’s during business hours or after, someone is always in reach. And you can be assured that your belongings are taken very good care of. For example, one of my previous visits I was in a big rush and I didn’t push the latch on my door properly before putting my lock on it, the next day I received a call informing me about my mistake and that they had added a temporary lock until I was able to come in and check my belongings. I highly recommend Life Storage! If there was anything I could change it would only be one thing and it would be 24 hour access because I am a night owl and at night is when I have the most free time. Friendly staff, Clean, Gated and Locked, Competitive prices.
