What an absolute scam!!!! Do not use this parking service. It's a major Scam!!!! Followed directions, parked and came back to find a boot on the car. Surprise!!! $109 non refundable. See the photos, the red sign shows that the car is, in fact, parked in the correct lot number. Contacted them and was told I will need to file an appeal. No help whatsoever. There is a homeless camp that is inside the parking lot. Real low class operation
