Worst customer service ever! I called in to speak to Guest and yelled at and mistaken for a telemarketer just for knowing his full name. I tried to explain who I am and was told by the receptionist that she's not going to interrupt him to speak with me...a customer! I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you cant affors professional service you surely cant afford me!
