My husband I had the pleasure of working with Earl C. He approached us as we entered the store and lead us to our desired furniture of choice. (To preface: my husband and I already knew what we wanted before hand) Earl was very personable and kind. He understood our wants and needs. He was not pushy and didn’t sell us on additional things we didn’t need. He was great! I would recommend asking for him should anyone visit this store's location. We have worked with other people before but he was by far our best experience!

Smooth process all around. We went in with an idea of what we were looking for and the sales associate (Phillip King) helped us make that a reality. He greeted us at the door and showed us the various options for the type of furniture we were interested in purchasing. Straightforward and to the point without any kind of pressure which is a nice touch. No time wasted, and the whole experience was painless. Thank you again !

Peggy was wonderful during both of our visits! She showed us things that specifically matched our requests and took note if we changed or liked anything else on the way. She was extremely patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and fun. Our shopping experience was so worth it. Thanks Peggy and rooms to go! Today I purchased a living room set.. Yolanda Johnson was my sales associate. She greeted me at the door. She gave me enough space to look around to find the furniture set I wanted. In which I really liked that. The male manager on duty was very kind and went beyond his duties to inform me on quality of rugs and how I could reduce my total amount. Overall I had great experience!

I was helped by Earl Collins. He was very welcoming and friendly. He showed me every ting that I wanted to see and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the items.nAt my request he left me alone to wander around and look at things again at my own pace. I greatly appreciated the time and space to make my own decision. When I was ready make my purchase he took care of everything quickly and explained every step in the process to me.
