Sarah was the most helpful associate ever. She helped me and took time to teach me about the different options. Not like my visits here before. The manager Brandi was also the absolute best. The delivery driver's were great, polite and on the job.The employees of the store on Veterans were very kind too. I was happy with everything but a few screws were missing n one of the side boards was a lil crack on the inside of the board. I can still say my daughter is a Happy Camper she Loves her Bedroom set Thanks again for the great service.

I want to shoutout Brandie the store manager of the Kenner Store for making my mother a happy customer. My mother was paying on a layaway for a month and a half for a bedroom set. She was ready to pay it out on last Wednesday but was told that the set she was paying on was out of stock. So of course my mom was very disappointed to where she was crying because she was also told that she couldn’t get a refund of her payment unless she purchased something else in the store. Well she didn’t want anything else and she had her heart set on that particular bedroom set. It was stated that when you do a layaway, the layaway payment is to hold the price of your merchandise not the actual merchandise. Of course we all know that’s not how a layaway goes but anyway. My mom went back on Saturday to see if she can get some results. Well Brandie stepped in and seen to that my mom received that set that she wanted. I thank you so much Brandie for your kindness and hard work for my mom. We appreciate you.

I had an experience with Felix I believe is his name at the Kenner location. His customer service in particular was unacceptable. I called before arriving to the store to be sure they had what I needed. I arrived and looked around before speaking directly to Felix. Once I approached Felix I confirmed that he had what I needed and proceeded to the cash register. Felix was approached by a couple while speaking to me and left me standing there as he directed them on what they needed across the store. Felix then came back to continue the business we were discussing, the customer he was speaking with spoke loudly from afar and Felix addressed him once more, while He and I were speaking and the walked off and left me at the counter again. Unexceptional service on Felix’s part. I was not pleased at all with his customer service. I returned later and Brandy took care of my order on spot and I picked my furniture up the following dat at the warehouse.
