Dr. Regine Dyer, DDS did my root canal && I haven’t had any problems. It came out great. I also have a root canal that has failed. One that Dr. Dyer didn’t do and I’m definitely going to let Dr. Dyer do my retreat. I highly recommend Dr. Dyer. Assistants are also nice && full of great energy. I’m looking forward to my retreat. Dr. Dyer is the best in the business.

Previous dentist was in Metairie and was trying to find a closer dentist. 1st visit to have a painful crowned tooth checked and schedule extraction and cleaning. I have a fear of the dentist due to a bad experience and was extremely nervous. The dental asst. was not very personable at all. Never smiled once, barely spoke other than to give directions (sit down, lean back, open mouth) & took an xray of my sore tooth. She never attempted to calm me down, though I was visibly nervous. The Asian dentist was very nice and suggested extraction. Did not address the swollen bump on my gum that has bursted and was bleeding and scheduled an extraction for 5 days later! I asked the dental assistant if I could have the cleaning done at the same time while I was under nitrous oxide due to my anxiety level and was told no (BC of anxiety level, my last dentist would do it all at once while I was sedated). She didn't explain why no nor did she offer to schedule an appointment for a cleaning on a different day. I was prescribed anitbiotics and pain meds from the dentist; again, he was nice, but not thorough (in and out in 10 min). After feeling uneasy and thinking overnight, I decided to cancel the appointment for the extraction. The receptionist did not bother to ask me why I was canceling. I asked for confirmation due to their $75 cancellation rule and was told that they could not give me any confirmation by email or in writing, but trust that it was canceled. Contacted my previous dentist, and was scheduled for a check on Saturday, due to being in pain, to assess my needs and an extraction and cleaning with sedation on Monday.

Dr. Dyer takes the time to listen and throughly inspect all your symptoms. I came to her with 2 teeth next to each other that had stumped my local dental office and said it was time to bring in a specialist. She tested each tooth individually and we came up with a treatment plan I felt comfortable with. My root canal was straight forward and fairly painless; it's a root canal so of course there is slight discomfort but every precaution was made to keep pain at bay. She always makes me feel comfortable and heard when I sit in her chair.

Being one of MANY who is deathly afraid of sitting in a dentist chair...…. Dr. Dyer and her crew made my experience in having a root canal so much more tolerable. I was very appreciative of their constant concern of my well being throughout the procedure. My surroundings was comfortable and my appointment time was right on schedule. I have only great things to pass on regarding this office and staff, Dr. Dyer, Jamie and Jessica. I am very appreciative of my dentist giving me this referral.

Going in for a Root Canal seeing all the equipment I immediately started sweating. After talking to Dr. Dyer in her Assistant Jamie I felt 100% Safe with no Worries. The cleanliness, the wait time, the procedure, and everyone there Definitely gets a ud83dudc4d✋⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From me. I highly recommendnThanks,nBrandy Jackson
