Do not and I repeat do not buy any vehicle from here unless you want a lemon... Go to any other place. The people are sweet and charming at first glance but you will regret your purchase

Unbelievably rude! I was told very abruptly, with multiple interruptions, over the phone that I absolutely could not test drive without first doing a credit application. Beyond the rudeness of the salesman, who clearly didn't want to field a call at the end of the day, and also told me there were plenty of other places to buy cars if I didn't like it, this policy is very underhanded. The only reasons not to allow test drives before financing a vehicle is that 1) You have things to hide regarding the condition of the vehicle itself, and 2) You only do business with people so desperate that they'll happily buy whatever you tell them to buy, based on the credit application. Do not bother even calling! As he said, there are plenty of other places to buy a car (even if you are credit challenged).nAlso, same address as Jefferson Auto Group. Don't be fooled by the two different business names.

The service was spectacular, Mike, Miguel, and all the other members made me feel as if I was home, and they made sure I got not just what I wanted but what I needed. On top of outstanding general service, they made SURE I had was happy, my car was in tip top shape, and even “hassled” me to come back for ANOTHER car inspection lol. I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. You guys better go there to get a vehicle.

I purchased a 2011 from here car broke down twice. Got it towed there and still there. They tell u lies when calling but never truth. Mike claims he cares but truth is he careless. Selling hard working people lemons is fraud and they are under investigation i heard which i pray is true. Worst liars ever every post had same problem come on you serious. Game over
