My wife and i were hoping to buy a car from a reputable business so we chose the Jimmy Granger dealership. After paying 12k the car we got swindled on wont even pass inspection. And no one at any Jimmy Granger dealership would give us a .50 light bulb for our license plate light. Do not use Jimmy Granger for purchasing a vehicle

I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of. I sadly traded a 2013 Ford f 350 that was paid off. I paid $34000 for it in June and it had real low miles!( I was only trading it in because I went through a break up with my long term partner and I was sad that it was ours) I ended up trading straight across for a 2017mustang which had issues right off the lot! A few weeks later I called and told them that I was not happy and would like to get my truck back or something at equal in value. Long story short, one month later the parts are finally in for the mustang and they will give me a trade in for it if I pay $7500!! I already took a $10000 hit for trading the truck! I am so upset and they wouldn’t even try and make it right!
When i came in i got greeted, it was great customer service with everyone and very helpful people. Frank Is a great car salesman he was very patient with me and i left with a great car, and he will work his tail off to get you what you need... you will leave happy and satisfied... i will be back again to purchase another vehicle.
