Landed here after original plans were wiped out and loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. Jenny cooks some of the best eggs I’ve ever had, along with every other item served. We ended up staying in both rooms and they were clean, comfy and roomy enough for my husband, 2 kids and I. Location was perfect for exploring the historic downtown shops, restaurants and river sports. We couldn’t have felt more comfortable and fortunate to have landed here- great place and people!
We planned a quick weekend getaway and lucked up and found the Opus House on the internet. Jenny and Mark were very friendly and made checking in easy. We fell in love with the house/property. The beds were so comfortable, and Jenny makes a homemade breakfast each morning! We look forward to staying there again.
You couldn't pick a better location for a bed & breakfast in Natchitoches. The grounds are deceivingly massive. Very spacious rooms. You can tell the place has been there forever -- all the authentic feels of a very old Southern home, but with modern amenities. This will quickly become a community staple for travelers/tourists/artists/writers/etc.
Beautiful, clean, and exceptional hospitality. A wonderful place to stay!
