I love their unwiches.
The person taking our order was impatient and didn't read the order back to us to confirm it, we got to the window I checked the food while we were waiting on our drinks and one of our sandwiches were wrong. I understand that things happen sometimes and was not upset at all until what I am assuming was the manager started rudely yelling to just give back the one that was messed up and didn't even try to be kind or apologize at all. I waited another 10 minutes for the correct sandwich while they gave us ugly looks from the window the whole time and it took maybe 5 minutes for us to get the original sandwiches. As I said I understand that mistakes happen especially when the order taker doesn't read the order back to confirm it's details, but what I am upset about is the way that it was handled when a mistake occurred. All of this to say that I gave two stars for terrible service.
Have ordered delivery 4 times now with no issues and tipped well each time. Was told today that I'm now outside the radius of the delivery zone.
Awful. I ordered a simple sandwich and they took TWO AND A HALF HOURS to deliver it, by then it was soggy and gross. When I called and asked what was taking so long they hung up on me without an apology. Boycotting.
Very poor customer service. Only have one type of cheese, regular mustard comes in a pack. Tried to charge me for cheese when the sandwich comes with cheese. Will not be going back. And to top it off tried to charge me $17.00 for a 16 inch sandwich.
