Nana’s Soul Food is delicious. The decor adds a hint of southern charm. I also appreciate the fact that they urge customers to wear a mask upon entry given the fact that we are currently in a pandemic. Will be returning !
We stopped in at opening time on Sunday and were pleased to find they're doing dine-in again. We were also very happy to see they require masks and have taken measures to keep everyone safe! It was our first time and we weren't familiar with the ordering procedure. You stop inside and fill out your order on a form. The employee was friendly and helped us patiently. The food was delicious and arrived hot, fresh and fast. The meat portion isn't huge, but you get a LOT of food for a decent price. Will definitely return next time we're in the area!
I wish I had known about this place years ago! Every thing was seasoned to perfection. Service was stellar and the restaurant was super clean. It's a little jewel in Ruston. I cant wait to try something different when I'm in town again.

First time here.nHad the baked chicken (dark), mashed potatoes and gravy, cabbage, yams, devilled eggs, hot water corn bread, and pound cake...nnNot only am I full, everything was delicious and my husband loves it too!nnI would've take a picture but that plate is GONE! (Next time)nnService was great and friendly. Very helpful considering I had never been and didn't know the menu! Didn't get impatient with me.. basically walked me through everything! Very courteous and professional!nnThey definitely have a regular customer in the Chadwicks!
