Great customer service
I’ve been doing business for about 5yrs couches, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. I got the Aarons club every month in case something went wrong and needed replacement. Well I called 3months ago about dryer not heating and you have to hold door out aliitle and press start button and hold few seconds so it keep running. Issue was not resolved I couldn’t even get a loaner where mine could be fixed. They just now are having someone come out to fix it. BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY DONT GIVE LOANER DRYERS MIND YOU IM STILL PAYING ON IT PLUS I GOT AARONS CLUB!! I will not purchase anything else from there. DEE goes above and beyond but she can only do so much because she isn’t the GM she should be!!
