The absolute worse place to try and do business, especially if you would like to be private about your business. We have tried multiple times to do business with this them and been lied too every time and got a better deal other places. If you are looking for honesty do not got here. I don't plan on the dealership again we have tried more times than we should have. They shouldn't be aloud to act like they know all your business, you don't so don't act like you know nothing about what it takes. Very upset ud83dude21 about the situation to say the least.
My primary residence is over 100 miles from this dealership, but when my check engine light came on while in the area, I called Lakeside to see if they could help.nThey were able to work me in, and successfully diagnose the problem. They had to order the part, and we scheduled the repairs once the part came in.nThis is the 3rd time Ive used this dealership for service, and they've been outstanding every time!nI have to pass at least 3 Ford dealerships to get to this one, but the service is worth it.nAnd you can bet my next Ford purchase will come from Lakeside Ford!
Absolutely Amazing! They got us into our perfect family vehicle that will last for years. Kyle H was a complete beast as well as the crew who work numbers. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and is an example all sales personnel to strive for. This is the 4th vehicle we have gotten through Lakeside Ford and we will be lifetime customers. They really exceeded all expectations and worked harder than any other vehicle place I have ever come across. I would recommend them to anyone. Well worth the almost 2 hour drive to get there.
