Absolute mess, after being promised a delivery date, the store says it's on backorder, of which we were not informed at any time by the store or anyone else. The store now says they have no way of telling us when the appliance, which has been paid for will be delivered, next week, next month, next year. I would not recommend Sears to anyone, unless you are making an in-store purchase. Do not order from Sears!
They are great! I can’t say enough good things about this store! I’m from Mississippi but I live in Nashville, TN now. I wanted to buy most of a Craftsman close out stock and they took my Sears gift card on the phone AND were happy to box it for me so I could have Fedex pick it up.nnRandy and Kristin was extremely helpful and great to work with! I HIGHLY recommend their store.nnThank you so much!
