Milos Barber Shop

I want to express my gratitude for the way my dad was taken care of at Milo's. My dad has dementia and refused to get his hair cut for over a year. Wish I knew the name of the guy who took care of my dad. You did a great job. I mentioned my dad resembled Grizzly Adams. You had to Google who that was. You know who you are. Thank you with all my heart and soul. This is the Milo's on Madrid by Apodaca Park. 😊💕

Good place for a haircut took me and my children in even with out an apt.

Update: I am updating the review because I was able to talk with the owner. The owner was very adamant on fixing the issue if possible. Unfortunately we couldn’t fix it because my sons hair was short enough. The patches will have to grow out. He did listen to me and he did say that he is going to talk to management and staff about what has happened, so that it won’t happen again. I appreciate the owner. He called back the same day and wanted to keep my business(which he will). I think I’ll give it another shot just because of how concerned the owner became. I won’t give it the full stars just because this happened when it didn’t need too. I’ll keep everyone updated. Let me tell you I usually love Milos but this time I AM BEYOND MAD. If I could give no stars I would. My mother had to take my son to get a hair cut since I work. I came to pick my son up after work, and my son has the worst hair cut I have ever seen! I cut my sons hair in the past myself before and I did a better job then the guy who did his hair cut today. My mother told me her experience with the barber today and it frustrated me even more. When they arrived at the Madrid location they had to wait about 2 hours in the sun to get a hair cut. When they finally got there turn, the barber informed my mother that she cannot go in with my son. Let me remind everyone again he is 7 years old. This barber cut my sons hair based on what my son described to him. When my got out there was patches everywhere. She was furious and just wanted to pay and leave. She asked how much it was and it came out to $16 and change, my mom gave him $17 and took it said thank you. If it were me I would knock for the change and not give a tip at all. I know we are going through a pandemic but a kid can’t tell you what to do to there hair. Milos should have a board to sign in and write down a name and number and go back in there car, till they get a phone call. This is ridiculous I’m so disappointed.

David always is exceptional with cutting my son's hair. I am a 100% satisfied customer. Milo & Jeanette ate the Best owners around! If I'm not happy they always make sure the customers are always happy!

At least three of their barbers could improve their experience and service. A little disappointed that their $10 Tuesdays did not apply on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Had to pay $14 which is the regular fade haircut.
