Ashley home store in opelousas was a,great experience as always. My sales person, ms. Christine, knows her job! She was very professional and knowledgeable. I purchased a beautiful bed with her help. I will be back. Great experience.

Although, this has been one of my favorite places to shop because I do love the inventory. This has been a NIGHTMARE to say the least. I have recently purchased over 10,000 worth of furniture. Paid for the Protection Plan. I originally filed a claim in December to have I spot cleaned . No response. Went to the store several times for update an status of claim no response. NOTHING has been done no one has contacted me regarding this. It is A SCAM an they do not honor what they sell. I will be contacting the BBB an my attorney Monday morning if I do not receive a refund or my service.nWill I shop there again? NOnHorrible service, once deal is made!nMrs. Kennerson

This is my favorite place to shop for furniture and accessories. The Ashley furniture store in Opelousas LA. is very pretty and always clean . Always great deals and prices are reasonable. It has a great store layout as well. They are always courteous and patient with you if you’re having trouble making up your mind. Christine and Trey are awesome and my son and daughter now get there furniture there. We love Ashley Furniture.

My salesman Ricardo Savoy was awesome! He was patient, friendly, helpful and he didn't make me feel pressured or rushed at all. These are the main reasons that I chose to buy my Tempurpedic from Ashley furniture. Anyone that knows anything about Tempurpedic knows that the price is exactly the same no matter where you buy it. Ricardo Savoy made my decision easy. I had shopped around everywhere and no other salesperson was as personable, warm, friendly, and sincere. Ashley carries quality employees and furniture.
