These guys are great. Terrance and Marco were so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and timely. I had a sewer backup into my building and Terrance was there within 90 minutes to take care of it. After that, they cut all the roots in the line that caused the backup, and the pipe is as excellent as new. The entire time I worked with Terrance and Marco they communicated with me regularly and effectively. Best of all, their prices were fair! I will be doing business with them in the future.
My neighbor’s hot water went out just before he left on vacation. I called and the desk had a work tech call me within a few minutes and Dominic tried his best to support me fix it over the phone. We decided that the thermostat went out and scheduled a service call. Dominic did great work and was quick with the repairs. I will call for Dominic for any future plumbing issues.
Called them this morning for a blocked sewer pipe in bathroom and scheduled my appointment for 11AM. Charge for work call is only $39.95, which is waived if project is performed. My technician, Julia was timely, knowledgeable and took the time to solution all my questions to my satisfaction. Price was fair. Problem resolved in less than an hour. I would use them again.
