Dr. Alex Joseph - Women's Health Care OB-GYN

I was referred to doctor Joseph by my new primary care doctor at Rapides Primary Care Dr Christopher Lee. I brought him (Dr Lee) a blood panel test that I received from Casey Hebert for a second opinion after deciding the Dry Prong Family Clinic was not for me when results to my yearly Pap smear were withheld from me among other things that was one of the reasons I chose to change doctors. Dr Lee viewed the blood test and he said Dr.Joseph was who I needed to see. He said he was “not from here” “a Christian” that’s where I needed to go because he thought there was something not normal about the blood work on the GYN sided OB side of it. I went for my first appointment and signed for a release of information for my pap smear results also blood test to be sent from the Dry Prong Family Clinic to Dr.Joseph. Dr Joseph had the woman at the front desk schedule a ultrasound appointment at Rapides Regional Medical Center Out Patient Center.I went to the appointment which was creepy to say the least. The employees in the outpatient center looked like the worked at an ICEfacility. When I was called into the room to get me wrist band I explained to the woman that my maiden name was Johnson but my married name was Snock-Cook. I explained there was identity theft with my maiden and previous married name so I went by the complete name Corene Johnson-Snock-Cook because no one wants to use all of those names. I explained that Snock was my ex husbands last name and the name associated with my maiden name Johnson with the social security administration written like Johnson-Snock but that I had remarried and added my married name to it Johnson-Snock-Cook.I wanted to make sure that my medical records stayed together because this is the complete name I gave Acadian Ambulance a month previously when I was taken to the same hospital with stroke symptoms like sudden vomiting and diarrhea. She was professional and made sure I was comfortable with how my name was presented on the paper. My emergency contact’s last name was spelled incorrectly but I didn’t notice until I was out of the room. She asked if I was pregnant... she said “your not pregnant right”? I said no one had told me I was or was not And then I went to wait to go to the back. I am a paranoid schizophrenic but auditory voices come from volume and that what I heard serval times...I heard employees call Nicole Cook, Corene Cook, Cook, Cook,Cook... everyone they called last name was Cook. Weird...I sat on the dark end the day surgery end not with the persons waiting to go in the back. I was the only one waiting on that side. I had been feel pregnant. I’ve had 4 children so physically I know what pregnancy feels like. I was nauseous and have started noticing swelling in the lower abdominal area. Also most woman that have had children know that when you reach climax pregnant you have a contracting uterus. Your stomach hardens to the shape of your uterus. This also happened. A woman called me to the back for the ultrasound I went into the room. She conducted a surface ultrasound the one on top of the belly. I did not like that I was not allowed to see the screen. Why was I not allowed to see the images. Then she did an internal ultrasound. She asked me to insert the tool I did again I didn’t get to see the screen.... Today almost 2 weeks later I went to get results from Dr Joseph. He gave me a test results paper which I guess is more than I can say for my Pap smear results from Dry Prong Family Clinic because 2 weeks later and still I was told no fax was sent with the results.I Wonder what the release paper I signed was for?.There was some kind of staged urine table beside the bathroom there. I peed in a cup that did not look like the cups on the table with fake tests on it. They said the pregnancy test was negative. I am feeling movement like kicking and DrJosephs suggestion is to leave it alone until next year. I felt like I was inside a cigarette commercial in his office today with would be alright I guess if I smoked and there weren’t minor children there along with pregnant wom

I had an appointment for 10:30 just to arrive to see the waiting room was filled . Waiting until 11:30 and only 2 people went in ... VERY Poor scheduling .

He is a liar a crook and a butcher. The man doesn't care about you or what you want or your health. All he wants is money. Do not let him cut on you.
