The older lady that works the window was very rude and ugly every time I’ve gone there no matter how nice I am. I honestly don’t know how she still has her job! I’m sure someone else more appreciative would do a lot better in her position. Makes me want to move out of town bc I dread having to deal with her. So sad!
Water was disconnected with no notification after payment was delayed in mail. Charged a reconnection fee that was higher than the $20 bill that was a week late. No ACH payment or automatic draft option available.

Today Went to pay water bill and they closed before the posted time of 4 pm. They close at 3:55 pm not the posted time of 4 pm. Bank tellers can't close before 5 pm and have to make sure that no customer is in the drive thru.
Very Helpful and Professional when they help people resolve their issues, troubles or mistakes with their water bills cant complain they fixed my water back up asap so Excellent Place and the ladies where very nice also .
