I don't know exactly what I can say about St Francis they are very inconsistent and they are extremely hostile passively I try working there case plans try communicating with these people they do not answer their phones on normal business hours and they reschedule things according to their schedule instead of the parents as far as them trying to get the children back to their families they do not try as hard as they need to plus they use every single little detail against you in court I do not believe these people are mature enough to have the jobs they do especially if their students in college I do not understand why our taxpayer dollars are going to college students instead of trained professionals I am extremely discouraged and let down by the way our government is handling these matters.

Very much in over their heads; they take on too many cases & ignore those who have willing help. 1 star is too high for a rating!

Place children in care of people that are convicted of child endangerment and aggravated battery ?
