Very nice store, friendly helpful folks.
Hearth and Home (Jeff Nix) installed our gas fireplace 11 yrs ago, along with rock work and a large oak mantle. They did beautiful work for us and we have been very pleased with it all these yrs. We now have a sales contract on our house and the remote to the logs has quit working. I have made 3 phone calls and have talked to 2 different people, one being the owner. I asked if I could speak to a technician and she said that she was. I explained that my remote and receiver had gone bad and that I needed it repaired or replaced before I can sale my house. She couldn’t help me but would have Jeff to call. I waited several days with no call back. After making 2 more calls over a span of several days and asking if they could send someone out, I was told that he would call me. Never got that call! I called a local gas company and they were here that day and the next day they replaced my controller. I will not use them again.
Excellent customer service, very nice people, competitive prices and they did really good work. All around would recommend!
We like these guys! We bought a wood stove from them a few years back and they have also taken care of our chimney cleaning. They have fair pricing and good service. Our house already had a buck stove in it when we bought it and they have serviced that for us as well. We highly recommend Jeff and Conner Nix!
Jeff and his crew did a great job building our 3 fireplaces during a new construction project, and we also purchased a set of gas logs for one of the fireplaces. I found his pricing fair, his work done well, on a timely basis, and with friendly courtesy.
