We asked for our daughters medical vials to be shipped while we were out of state. The vials were provided in a package marked medical and fragile. This store assured us our item would be taken care of, however the vials arrived busted. We contacted Goin Postal and filed a claim with them and FedEx. Neither have chosen to make this right. I will never use this store or FedEx again. I'll also post on our local pages with pictures so others can be warned.
I was lost and ran in for help and the man working there (Friday, 3/31 in the morning) was so helpful and friendly -- even though I wasn't there for business. He was busy and still he was so polite. I'll be back next time for business!
