DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company over charged me $400 then tried to say that we canceled the service. If so why was I charged $750???? They then proceeded to tell me on another call I never had a service done by them and that there is no history of my account in the system. Then on my third call an employee was able to locate my account but couldn’t resolve the issue. I’m filing the dispute with my bank and reporting to BBB because I can’t even get in touch with a supervisor to have this resolved. The worker said the receipt would be emailed to me and they’re saying on the phone it is paper.

The company came out. Did not give the receipt. Charged us double for the work. Then said they were never here. Called back and now they are saying they never did work for us. But clearly they were here since they are the only locksmith we called. Disputing with the bank and reporting to the BBB

Although I was pleased with the install, the overall customer service experience was unsatisfactory. 2 ladies appeared at my door, did not introduce themselves, identify the company or anything. I had to ask them for some form of identification thto ensure they were connected with my request and also had to ask for their names since they did not offer them. I would think when you are going to a strangers home you would offer that info as customer service and ease.

Terrible customer service. I’m big on first impressions, and when you call any business, the first thing out of your mouth should not just be “hello.” How am I even supposed to know if I called the correct place? Besides that, the lady got huffy with me when I asked her if it would cost the same for a valet key as it would an automotive key. I am apparently wrong for not being in this career field and having no idea about the services, but good customer service would have taken the time to explain it and understand that any customer will have questions.

I called this business and gave them the details of the job. I needed several locks changed for a business. The operator assured me that they could complete the job and that a technician would call me. The technician called me a little while later and I told him I had approximately 14 locks that needed to be changed. He said it wouldn't be a problem. After walking through the warehouse, he told us that he had to get something out of his car. We watched him leave the premises. We waited for 30 minutes and called the technician. He told us that he was trying to get more people together for the job. I told him that we would just like to cancel. About 15 minutes later, the operator called to check on the job. I told her that we were not satisfied because I already told them how big of a job it would be and they assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. The tech left without telling us anything and that they were very unprofessional. The operator then told me that I was rude and hung up on me.nnThis place is very unprofessional and unprepared. It was late Friday afternoon and the technician just didn't want to do the job. The operator was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was telling her how we were unsatisfied with the quality of service or lack thereof and she did not care about the customer or the service.nnI would never suggest to use this company. The technician didn't even show up in a van. He was in a personal vehicle with tools in the backseat. Definitely not what the website depicted.
