Received a quote from Mr. Burke to install jack posts to level a sloping floor and was under the impression that he had finished the job when I paid him. Turns out, after a second inspection, that he had not completed the job and left several jack posts sitting upright not attached to anything along with a 4 x 6 post on the ground. So, only one makeshift jack post was installed. He initially came across as being a very knowledgeable person and I trusted that he would handle the installation appropriately; however, I was seriously mistaken and duped.nNeedless to say, I would not recommend anyone contract with him. He is a scammer.
We are a Property Management company and had a Saturday emergency and called Randy and he was right on it. Great Job and reasonable price.
