Excellent service. Friendly and patient staff. These folks helped my put in a sim card in my phones even though they don't service T-Mobile yet. They went above and beyond for which I am very appreciative.

EXCELLENT!! The employee named Amber who is there most week days is very knowledgeable and efficient. She is friendly and will help you out fast no matter what type of issue you are having. She is extremely patient and every time I go here it is a very positive experience. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this palace to anyone and this is the ONLY GRIFFIN METROPCS I will do business at because the other one off Central by the Belk is absolutely TERRIBLE!!
Worst experience in a cell phone company since I've been buying cell phones. They cut my new phone service off a day before, what I thought was my due date which is usually the same day every month. Not with this company. I later found out it's a 30 day contract and July has 31 days. Well before I could get to the store when it opened they locked my new phone, put my three year old number into circulation, and removed four payments off of my card and didn't use one of those payments to pay my bill. Their customer service is so unsatisfactory it is amazing. Through contact with my bank I received my money but the damage was done. PLEASE read the fine print of these fast talkers.
