Wonderful Small business. If you are like me and miss the days of getting actual service when you go into a store ,this is the place for you. The lady who helped us was extremely nice and helped us pick out the perfect school shoes for our son. They have a good assortment of shoes from quality brands. They have a computer that measures your foot instead of the old metal ones. If you dont mind paying a little bit more for quality and fantastic service then this is the place for you.
Good Service
I drove from Marietta to Covington to purchase a pair of Z-Coils. It was so worth the drive and I would, and will, do it again. The owner of the store is a super nice, very helpful and attentive young woman. She spent no less than an hour with me checking my walk/stride assuring that my shoes fit just right, making adjustments as needed. I highly recommend New Shoez!

I won't return. I bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. No issues other than having to wait FOREVER to get waited on. My daughter bought a pair of shoes for same child a few months later. The child was not her. Then the issue started. There is a no return policy exchanges only. Which to my knowledge and my daughters isn't posted. We tried returning a pair of shoes that she can't wear that's when we were told. Ended up with a pair of shoes my daughter hates. I won't go back. You lost all my business. Sadly this is why a lot of small business go under not being more flexible.
