Because it's right across from Vivinit Home Arena where the Utah Jazz play and there are many other things that happen there. It's also in walking distance of Gateway Mall, Downtown Post Office, Salt Lake Central Station, 4th Street Clinic, and Pioneer Park just to name a few!

One of the good stations, the mansion on your north, Gateway on your west, the Arena on your south, and temple in relatively far east are really good sights.
