These people have terrible customer service upon arriving trying to purchase a wedding band for my husband, they were so rude. The lady had a attitude and asked where the wedding bands were she threw her hands in the direction rudely and rolled her eyes. When we walked in the store she already had a attitude and said “really”.

The staff at John Smeal in the Galleria Mall are wonderful and helpful in finding my new ring. They have a huge selection of jewelry in the case to choose from but can also order or customize anything you need. I would highly recommend and will be back. I have become a forever customer.
I wish when I bought the ring in June 2020 that one of the representative would have explained and told me about the prongs on the ring because I could have made better option. Probably wouldn't have brought that ring
