I am extremely displeased with this jeweler. I have had to drop my ring off twice in the past 4 months to have a diamond replaced in my wedding band. I just picked my ring up Monday only to find ANOTHER diamond came out two days later. I was told they were going to keep my ring longer this last time to ensure this does not happen again. Less than 48 hours of having my band back it happens again. Very frustrating!nnAnd in response to your comment below...that is actually a false statement. I was charged a $20 repair fee the first time this happened. As I can appreciate your kindness when I come in, I am disappointed with the fact that I have to keep coming up there, and within such a short time frame from the time I last picked up my ring. I was also told that my ring would be “kept longer” to be checked more “thoroughly” so this would not keep happening. Again, this is not personal against you, more so expressing my frustration with the ring.

Mr. Charles was very nice. Very helpful with my ring I bought for my husband. It was too big and was kind enough to do a trade because tungsten can't be adjusted. Will be back for our 20th anniversary ring for my husband. I already have mine and love it. Thanks again. Have a blessed day.

Very rude customer service, didn't even view the piece but what do I expect being judged before even opening my mouth. I should have just turned around and left! You never know who people know so be kind to everyone.. moral: shop elsewhere. Be blessed.
