Needed to get a compact mirror engraved for granddaughters birthday on a Saturday, one local jeweler said they couldn’t do something that size. Called Jewelryland and Kevin said to bring in and let him see. Within the hour Kevin had it done. Jewelryland saved the dayud83dude42 Thanks Kevin!

I called Jewelry Land about repairing my mother’s wedding band that had to be cut off in the ICU. She had not taken her ring off in over 49 years since she and my father were married. She was moved from ICU to hospice care and was declining rapidly. I called on Friday, December 14th to see if there was any way he could fix it so we could place it back on her finger...dad wanted to make sure she had it on. I knew it was a busy time and it may not be possible with all of his other orders, especially right before Christmas. I explained the situation and he said he’d try to get it done quickly. I took it in on Saturday, December 15th and he called me that night to say it was ready. Our family was so excited, and my father was very happy. I told him I would pick it up on Sunday, December 15th. Little did we know that she would die that morning. We were able to put her ring back on her finger just in time. He did a beautiful job. We will never forget his kindness in our time of need. I live and hour and a half away but plan to use Jewelry Land in the future.

I brought in a pile of old jewelry I thought was pretty much junk, they quickly sorted it out and made me an offer on the valuable stuff and offered suggestions on what to do with the rest that wasn't real. It turned out I had an old kinked up 14k herringbone and some other piddly stuff that I got $575.00 for!! Needless to say, I was a happy camper.

I always take my jewelry and watches here for batteries and repair, they always do a great job in a timely manner.

I do not recommend this place they lie and have very horrible customer service. They deserve no stars.
