Active has been great! The guy who comes and sprays is really nice and very helpful if he does see something. He goes out of his way to make sure our house is pest free and we understand everything!
Carolyn in the Byron office is amazing. Whenever I call she is able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. Make sure y'all never get rid of her EVER!
Active pest control is hands down the best pest control company! They always call me to let me know when they're coming. Chris is always professional and answers any questions I ask.. My issue has been gone since the first service. If you are looking for a great company with great prices, Active pet control is who you want!!!
Matt always doea a great job with the pest control at my house. He takes the time to knock down spider webs around my home. Matt sprays my yard for mosquitoes every month and makes it enjoyable to be outside. I highly recommend Active Pest Control and their VIP program.
They were very helpful and informative. My monthly inspector always makes me feel like he cares about whatever my issue is and if he feels like it's not his area of expertise he finds the solution. Plus I love that I don't have to worry about what they are spraying on my lawn and around my home with all my little ones.
