So I was referred to Burks to buy a washer from one of my friends. He informed me that they had a Whirlpool washing machine. So i paid and had it delivered only to find out that it was an Amana washing machine. I know that Whirlpool owns Amana but Whirlpool and Amana is not the same. This was very deceptive but we really needed a washer and it was cheaper than buying one new one. We will see how long it ends up lasting.nn***Update*** Amana and Whirlpool do not have the same type of hardware inside of them. Why do you think Amana is so much cheaper than Whirlpool? I also talked with someone that works at one of their warehouses and they told me that they use different parts.nnSo on top of being very deceitful, I just discovered a leak in the hoses that they installed. First of all, we were told these were brand new hoses. We unhooked the hose and it is rusted!

I bought a washer/dryer set from them 1 year ago. It still works wonderfully. They come with a warranty and deliver. I have recommended them to several people whom all were pleased. They are very friendly and honest.

Unfortunately they do not work on front load washers. But I did call him today and he talked to me about what might be wrong with my washer. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable and very nice. I would recommend his service based solely on his great customer service. Thanks for the info.
