My office uses this company for our pest control and I set up residential services. I called last week to set up service, they were able to schedule me for yesterday afternoon and they worked with me due to my work schedule. The technician called when he arrived to ensure I was home, he was professional and informative of what he was gonna do, sweet to my animals. I am pleased and very happy I switched from my old pest control service to ARQ.

I have been using ARQ for a year now and I am beyond pleased. About 8 years ago we moved into an apartment in Macon and ended up with German roaches. And that's when the battle began. We used every big name pest control company, every can of spray, every fogger, we cleaned with bleach and we vacuumed them up we used every bait and spray known and we never could get rid of them. I was really to the point of setting fire to my house. A friend of mine referred Tony and Chris at ARQ, I blew it off until 5 or 6 people I knew highly recommended them. Calling them was the best decision I ever made. My house is back my home!! We are infested no more!!! Thanks so much tony for all your hard work. You guys are amazing. Very friendly and trust worthy they know what they are doing.
