I went into store to get bars put on my wedding bands so im able to just slide my engagement ring in the middle, they tried to convince me to get it soldered together as one which i did not want to do. After i told him no he rolled his eyes and walked away. Once i received my ring back it looked horrible. The bars where huge on the side of the ring so i wasnt able to close my fingers together and the diamonds were not lined up the same so they were uneven looking. I had to take it to Conyers Jewelers in Conyers Square to get it fixed and they did a fantastic job. I would not recommend this place. Waste of money.
Today, I took a 1K watch in to have links removed. I clearly stated to please be gentle with it. When the gentlemen was done removing links, my watch was scratched up do to his work. This isn't the first time I have received unsatisfactory services from this place of business. This was an anniversary gift that was a thousand dollars. I will never do business again with this place. I will also advise my family and friends not to as well. I would rather take my jewelry to a well known high end jeweler where they will take great care of your stuff. I am so upset.
