First time customer. I would say I had a good and bad experience. Very friendly when I came in, I needed a new fridge and the employee showed me everything they had and checked their warehouse. He was great to do business with. My only complaint is when I was checking out I misheard the total for the appliance, it ended up being $100 more, which was okay because I needed it. But since I misunderstood, when I was given the total and it was over $200 more I was a little shocked. Not even thinking of taxes. The woman checking me out made the comment that I had “probably never made a purchase that large”... Because I was shocked about the price increase, once again I misunderstood the price on the appliance so I was shocked thinking the taxes were over $200. Anyways, I just think that comment was inappropriate especially when I’m spending over $2000 at your store.
very professional service technicians and personnel..... It Would have been nice to have had the drain hose information written on the invoice since shortening the drain hose would allow the dishwasher to function properly and efficiently. Thank you for your service.
Owner himself came out and took a look at two appliances that I just wanted a check up on. He was accommodating and personable. I will use ACH repair from here on out.

I found this company to very easy to deal with. The cooktop that I bought at a big box store was missing pieces but they came back out and finished the job once I had the parts.
