Never had a problem with the staff or with getting my meds once ordered. But, the pharmacy app is the absolute worst. I had to:n1. Log-in using my user ID and passwordn2. Verify my identity by entering my name, dob, phone no, and addressn3. Answer 3 Experian identity check questions verifying my age, the county I live in and the bank for my car loan for 2016.nAnd then it wants me to enter my prescription number. I DO NOT have it with me at work!!!! This is not convenience. It is like breaking into Fort Knox to get a re-order on my medication.nIt is absolutely the dumbest system ever. It is easier to log-in to my bank, log-in to my medical record, and check my charge card account than to re- order my arthritis medication.

This pharmacy is slow. They need more staff to keep the line down and satisfy the customer. Better attitudes wouldn't hurt either!

This pharmacy has employed very friendly and able personnel. As I was waiting this morning (Thursday Feb 21, 2019) about 20 minutes for a problem with my medication to be solved (a problem that had nothing to do with them), I saw about 5 out of 15 customers act arrogantly and annoyed at them for no reason at all.nOne old lady even muttered a racial slur under her breath as she turned around because she was told in a friendly manner where she should wait (as she was standing awkwardly close to another unrelated customer getting an explanation from a pharmacist). The personnel was courteous and friendly to everyone, with a patience far exceeding average people. At no point did anything seem to interfere with their concentration on the job. The woman employed at the phone area should be commanded for her problem solving skills as well. The service was also fast and efficient.nWalmart should give these pharmacy employees a raise, or at least a good bonus, for putting up with rude and sometimes racist customers all day, without showing the slightest annoyance on their part.
