We had been using another service for over 20 years. They insisted that they should treat every month, but it was hardly ever the same person who came. Their price was about to be raised, so we asked around for a new exterminator. Kim came highly recommended by another of her customers. She has more than lived up to his praise!nKim comes every other month to treat for pests. She inspects carefully, asks about any problems, and sprays thoroughly, and clears away any spider webs, etc. around the outside of the house.nWe had a small invasion of ants a few months ago. We called Kim, and she came that afternoon to eliminate the problem. She is always on time for the regular service, and she calls the day before to give us her arrival time.nWe are MORE than pleased with her service and recommend her company to others. Scram Pest Control has been treating my location for a year now and has always been incredibly personable, professional, and diligent. The owner(Kim) has always kept open communication with me to address any problems promptly and continues to raise the bar when it comes to pest control standards. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Kim is great! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough and she really cares about getting your problem solved. I would definitely recommend her!
I called Kim in a panic when my home was taken over by ants. Kim worked me into her schedule so fast and took her time to look over my house and treat every problem area and all areas she knew could potentially be a problem. The ants started to die before she could even leave my house & now 2 days later they are almost completely gone! She has texted me everyday to see how things are going. I couldn’t ask for any better! She truly cares. I will never use any other company for pest control!!
She is awesome very professional an also very nice, she does a great job an knows alot about what she does an takes her time doing it I will not use anyone else!!
