My company has been using them for a few years now and I have never met a technician who wasn't courteous and professional. They have always come on time and worked fast and efficiently. I accidentally told Jonathan that he could get rid of one of the keys when changing out some locks and I ended up needing it back the next day so I called them to see if he still had it. He did still have it and they offered to mail it to me at my convenience, which is extremely helpful and nice. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them.
George was the technician that came to re-key the locks on my property. He was on time, quick, and very professional. Awesome work and service. I highly recommend George and this company!!
Locksmith Jonathan Arias called when he was on his way, arrived on time, wore a mask, removed his shoes before entering my home, listened to what I needed done, expertly performed the services I wanted, solved the problem when one of the locks could not be re-keyed, sold a new lockset at a very competitive price. WHAT ELSE COULD A CUSTOMER ASK FOR FROM A 1ST TIME VENDOR. Unlockit is the BEST!!!
Bought a new house and needed to re-key and repair several of the locks for the home. Un-Lockit and Jonathan the technician were so easy to work with, polite, professional and friendly. Jonathan showed up on time, was very professional and knocked the job out perfectly.
