Just wanted to make an unfortunately negative post about an experience I had with a gentleman who claims himself to be a manager of this establishment.nnWhen using the app there is a discrepancy between what the stores delivery hours says versus what the app allows you to schedule.nnSo I respectfully and calmly called the store number. I got an employee at the register I believe who was unable to answer my question about when exactly the cutoff is for placing an online order. I have been in his shoes, likely not being paid much, so he doesn't know every little detail which is understandable.nnBut here is where it gets weird and disappointing; The employee told me he will get me a manager to answer my question for me. I was put over to the manager who stated that they do not close until 10 and that if I put the order through tonight he should be able to deliver it tonight (it was barely 830 at this point) and that a few people have had the issue I am having where it does not allow me to schedule until tomorrow (it was not allowing me to order delivery at 745 pm). I put the order through online but the manager hung up even though he stated he was okay with waiting a few minutes on the phone for me while I order. When I called back the original employee answered and I told him that I had just spoken to the manager a few minutes ago and he put me over to the manager again. His name is supposedly Alec. When I got put over to him again (the manager) he pretended he did not know who I was and stated that the order would not be able to be put through tonight. When I asked him why he just told me differently a few minutes ago he told me it was not him who I spoke to and that I could cancel or set it up for tomorrow. I asked him if there was another manager working there and he said no. He blatantly lied and pretended he was not even who I spoke to. When I asked him if I could speak to the owner he declined to give me the information of the owner stating they do not give out that information. I was very calm and respectful until I was blatantly lied to.nnI do not support businesses that do not function with integrity and the way I was blatantly lied to by the so called manager was just a very disappointing experience for somewhere with so many good reviews. It is the holidays as well so you'd think people would function with some integrity even just for a few days maybe pretend. Maybe the experience is different in store or drive through but i would not expect any clearheaded person with self respect to want to deal with being blatantly lied to by a manager of a place I'm trying to support. It was literally like speaking to a pathological liar, which is a trigger for me as I have known a few of them in my life. It would have been no big deal but when he blatantly pretended he didn't know what I was talking about and pretended that I had spoken to someone else it's not a good look for your business getting this type a response to a customer from the manager. If it was an issue with distance (7 miles) or tip being too little (10$) then just say so, but don't just straight up lie ud83eudd25nnOverall experience with manager 1/10nHappy holidays, Alec.

Great selection. Friendly service. Clean, well organized store. Not much else to say, good place to get your booze.

Amazing selection and amazing employees. Seriously one of the most impressive liquor stores I have been too.

I love this place. A little snag with pricing when I was there last that took three people to fix, but they worked through it and honored the lower price.
