I have never leave any bad review for anything. But please stay away from this if you don’t want to loose money and ruin your day. They are not professional at all. They dont want to answer your question and will talk behind your back and make you feel like you’re stupid for asking them questions.nRun!
Worst service ever. Tuan Tran did my taxes online in June 2020 and never followed up or received an update, only to find out in November they got rejected due a mistake and he never informed me. I had to go back to his Office and did everything again but by paper. We are in 2021 and still the IRS hasn’t processed anything.nThis company i9s the worst, Tuan never replies to my messages or phone calls. He charges on the spot to do taxes and then forgets about it, 5 months and he never reached out to me to follow up. He is rude and unprofessional, WORST ever, I am filling a complaint with IRS.
We love Tuan for our tax services! We were referred to him and this will be our third year using him as our tax preparer. He is very professional, friendly, thorough, organized, knowledgeable and quick! Never had an issue with him or his team. I recommend him!
I went there on the 21 Feb 2020 to file my taxes and after going through my Doc and putting in the system, the owner Tuan was so RUDE, ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL, because I just asked a question what about if we are married but filing separate ? He started screaming I should go somewhere else and leave his office. I will NEVER go back there again.nDON’T EVER GO THERE.
I hired this place to file the petitions for immigration matter. When all the necessary documents is gathered, I told him go ahead and file so I can send those form. He said he busy, I’d let him take time. A month later, I call him again. He said his tax client was audit, he need time to prepare. I let him take time! A month later I call him are my form ready. He said he busy to paint his shop.nI ask him, I’m paid ($750) for your services, why you treated me like this, why you keep broken your promises to me. Than, he just turn on his rude mode, he ask me, do I want my money back!nOf course I’d take my money back. But now he have all my personal info, what should I do? I afraid this crook might sell or use them in the bad manner!
