This is a great place to live! It's quiet and right near the town green that has lots of activities for my family. The elementary school is great and a number of children in my daughter's class live here. I love the leasing agent here! She is cool but she's about her business. She loves her residents but definitely holds them accountable. Awesome place!

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would.nnI got this apartment for my parent, thinking it was a safe place to live.nnThere has been multiple issues with mold and roaches, including fecal matter from before original move-in inside the kitchen and bathroom counters.nnAfter trying to get everything resolved, he was forced to leave because they did not let him renew his lease, after they broke several appointments.nnthis is after consistently paying the rent on time.nnThe 5 star reviews that are on here were done by friends of property manager and other employees.

I have lived here for 2 months now . Maintenance is always on point and takes care of issues very quickly. Office manager is really nice they genuinely seem to care about my concerns and have taken care of any issues that I have brought to their attention. I really like my apartment

Great nook in a busy city! Quiet and right around the corner from the city of Duluth! The staff is very understanding and on point with any concern you might have! I have referred two of my friends so far!
