Nice and organized. The people working the counter were more into their own conversations than helping their customers. Store was clean. People working the counter were not wearing their masks properly. They had it on but below their nose.
Did not have particular Croc shoe in stock. Staff were available and attentive, but unable to assist with retrieving requested item beyond what was in stock within the particular store. Unfortunate experience, considering we were willing to purchase an item directly produced by the store brand.
I went there today to buy my kids their first crocs! Jackie was absolutely amazing! Thank you for your help. We will definitely be back

The manager Ernie is very understanding with exchanges. I'm definitely going back to shop. They need a bigger selection, but I was able to get 2 pair of classic crocs
